Officials of the Miamisburg Mound Community Improvement Corporation (MMCIC) have announced that two companies located within the Mound Advanced Technology Center have received three awards from the State of Ohio as part of the Third Frontier, Ohio Fuel Cell Initiative. Mound Technical Solutions (MTS) has been awarded a grant of $490,040 and is a collaborator on a $499,966 grant made to the University of Dayton. Mound Laser & Photonics Center, Inc. is a collaborator in a $999,962 award made to the Edison Welding Institute, Inc.
