 Spinoff Company, EHS Technology Group Grows at Mound

Bob Basl, manager of compliance services for EHS Technology Group, along with several colleagues decided to spin off the environmental consulting department of their former company, HOK/K Industrial, when that company decided to close.  They accomplished this without losing a single client and locating at Mound.
