Mound Enters New Era With Some Changes

The historic Completion of environmental cleanup at Mound has been the catalyst for major changes in the organization charged with redeveloping the former Department of Energy weapons site as the Mound Advanced Technology Center, a business and technology park.  First, the organization's name has been changed to Mound Development Corporation (MDC); the web site, www.mound.com, has been redesigned as a stronger marketing tool, the site logo has been changed to align with that of MDC, and MDC's newsletter, FrontLine, has been redesigned to coincide with the goal of providing more information to the market while creating consistency among communication tools.
