Often referred to as the Crossroads of America, Miamisburg and Dayton are positioned within the Miami Valley region at the intersection of two major interstate highways, I-70 and I-75, as well as near I-71 and I-74. The MATC site’s central location within the US heartland is a distinguishing feature of the site’s attractiveness and provides efficient major highway access to Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio as well as Indianapolis, Indiana. major commercial airlines, including a Delta and Comair hub in Cincinnati,
the region is home to several major air cargo operations and foreign trade
zones. Menlo Worldwide Forwarding, formerly Emery Worldwide, operates
a major sortation hub at the Dayton International Airport, while a DHL
airfreight hub is located in nearby Wilmington, Ohio. According to the
Dayton Chamber
of Commerce, some 50 trucking and motor freight companies operate
locally, and the area also has access to two Class I rail systems, CSX
and Norfolk Southern, who both have large switching yards in the area
and can accommodate nearly all rail needs.

Furthermore, the City of Miamisburg features nationally acclaimed public schools and over 20 area universities, community and technical colleges, dedicated to perpetuating the area’s legacy of innovation.
